I'm a mother, mentor and hairstylist that has spent years building a career behind the chair. I've built a thriving career that I love, but over time my work has naturally grown beyond the salon.

I found myself mentoring other stylists who were talented but overwhelmed, unsure how to raise their prices, grow their clientele, and step into their full potential.  I quickly realized there was a real need for guidance that went beyond the technical side of the industry.

 

At the same time, my own life was deepening through personal growth, spirituality and learning how to care for myself as a whole person. I'm a mom, a partner, and someone who deeply values healing, presence and living with intention.

That's how A Rooted Collective came to life. This is a space where all parts of my work live together— the work I do in the chair, the mentorship I offer behind the chair, and the conversations about growth and wellbeing that connect us all beyond the chair. ​​
